Sciatica has sidelined me for the last couple of weeks – sitting at the computer long enough to write a proper post is NOT recommended. However, I’m on the mend with some help from my ortho and expect to be cranking out some promised analyses after this holiday weekend.
I promised to critique the handling of the Barefoot case, for the county, by the fancy private law firm, Fox Rothschild. I will do so when my back permits. Meanwhile, here’s a hint for the lawfirm, which I suspect is monitoring my posts: Pulsifer. This will be fun.
For our electeds: Amend the UDO to require notice to neighbors when a siteplan is approved. Even the planning director says you have the option of doing so but have chosen the “surprise, bulldozers are in your back yard” approach.
